Alcohol production

1.5 liter bottle

250g Sugar
 1 tea spoon yeast

disolve250g of sugar in water
make a mixture of 1 lter

add yeast

Do not tight the lid of bottle. Generating carbon dioxide could be release.

If the lid is not closed you can have vinegar.
